Finishing includes HAL, OSP, Immersion Tin, Immersion Silver, Electrolytic Gold Plating, ENIG (Immersion Gold) & HAL (Lead Free). Gold, Immersion Silver, Immersion Tin, HAL (Lead Free) & OSP are considered Lead-Free. FLEXIBLE PC (FPC) From 1 ~ 6 Layers. Polyimide & Polyester material.
