| Kester’s LS371 is a low Cost, High Performance Lead-Free No-
Clean solder paste engineered to use with SnAg0.3Cu0.5 alloy to
replace the standard SnAg3CU0.5 alloy for high-yield lead-free
manufacturing. Kester LS371 was introduced in response to the market appreciation of Silver price and demand of a low cost Silver contained Lead-Free paste. This paste couple with its unique proprietary activators system is able to provide equivalent printability, reflow charateristic and superior solderablitiy comparable to SnAg3Cu0.5. The paste flux chemistry allows bright solder joints closely resemble that achieve with SnAg3Cu0.5 while leaving minmial, and completely inert residue. Reflowable in air or nitrogen and has printing charateristics to 16 and 20 mil pitches. |

 Microme|x – Automatic X-Ray inspection at its best
A novelty to the industry phoenix|x-ray has developed a system that combines
all features for an optimum comprehensive inspection of printed circuit
board assemblies. The microme|x disposes of an extra large scanning area
of 20“ x 24“, a highly precise manipulation unit with 360° rotation axis and the approved
ovhm technology for oblique views up to 70° at constant magnification. The special value
is the combination of these characteristics – for the first time the operator can now inspect
large boards with mixed assemblies and acquire real-time oblique views
under all angles (0-360°). A typical inspection task could be the analysis
of the solder joint pad wetting quality of a centrally placed BGA.
The system possesses over an open microfocus tube with a nontoxic target and over a fully digital image chain with up to 4 Megapixels for a resolution < 1µ and highest image quality, best inspection results guaranteed also for lead-free solder joints.
