Non VOC Conformal Coating (NVOC)Non VOC Conformal Coating (NVOC)
Electrolube will exhibit the market’s first Non VOC conformal coating, NVOC, and NVMC, a VOC free Machine Cleaner. Developed by Electrolube to reduce VOC emissions from electronics manufacturing processes, NVOC was created by adapting a polyurethane pre-polymer with a blend of carefully chosen diluents to ensure that all materials are reacted within the system. The diluents chosen offer a massive reduction in viscosity creating a 100% solids material in a sprayable format, similar to that of solvent based materials, without the emission of any VOCs. VOCs contribute to the formation of ground-level ozone, a major component of smog.
